I went to the Alice in Chains/Velvet Revolver concert in Birmingham on Tuesday night – it was AWESOME! I would have been happy to see AIC play two sets – VR was good, but AIC was amazing. VR seemed a little tired and didn’t seem to really be into the show. Now don’t get me wrong, Duff is one of my favorite bassists and Slash is always entertaining, but their performance seemed lifeless and canned.

AIC frontman William Duvall sounded killer and the whole band was into the show and put every effort to give the audience what they wanted. Sorry for the bad picture quality… you can almost see a human-like shape on the stage…
